New number of shares and votes in Hemnet

As a result of the implementation of the Annual General Meeting's resolution to cancel 2,780,428 own shares, the number of shares and votes in Hemnet Group AB (publ) ("Hemnet") has changed.

Following the cancellation, the total number of shares and votes in Hemnet is 98,351,050. 93,294,476 shares are ordinary shares and 5,056,574 shares are shares of class A1.
