Hemnet opens nominations and introduces the jury for the fifth Guldhemmet

On March 7, 2024, the fifth edition of Guldhemmet will take place. Guldhemmet is Sweden's largest housing gala, an initiative by Hemnet that celebrates and shines a spotlight on extraordinary achievements among real estate agents and property developers from the past year.
A total of ten awards will be presented during the gala. Four of these awards (Top Agent of the Year, Agent of the Year - apartments, Agent of the Year - houses, Agent Company of the Year) are based on Hemnet's sales statistics, while the winners of the other awards are selected by a jury based on nominations. Nominations are now open as of October 6, allowing real estate agents and property developers from across the country to nominate their favorites for prestigious awards such as Agent Personality of the Year, Shooting Star of the Year or Housing Project of the Year.
"We have wanted to create a platform with Guldhemmet that really puts the spotlight on a hardworking industry. It's very exciting that over the past four years, Guldhemmet has become Sweden's largest housing gala, and Hemnet has established an award that truly means something to those who are nominated and to all the winners. The past year has been one of the toughest in a long time for many in the property industry, which is why we feel it is particularly important to recognize all those who work hard to help people find a place to call home," says Cecilia Beck-Friis, CEO of Hemnet.
Nominations are open until December 17, 2023. The winners will be selected by the Guldhemmet jury, consisting of various experts from the real estate and property development industry.

During the Guldhemmet gala, awards will be presented in ten different categories aimed at real estate
agents and property developers. Real estate agents can be nominated in the categories of Agent Office of
the Year, Agent Personality of the Year, Shooting Star of the Year, and Agent Assistant of the Year. Property developers can be nominated in the categories of Housing Project of the Year and Innovator of the year. In addition, several performance awards based on Hemnet's own statistics and share statistics will be presented.
