Hemnet publishes Annual and Sustainability Report for 2022

Hemnet Group AB (publ) (Hemnet) has today published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2022 which is available on the company's corporate website hemnetgroup.com in Swedish and in English.
 

Highlights during the year include:

• Net sales increased 22.1 percent to SEK 889.2m (728.1)
• Adjusted EBITDA increased 26.2 percent to SEK 448.1.2m (355.0)
• Operating profit increased 68.6 percent to SEK 377.5m (223.9)
• Total distribution to shareholders of SEK 374.0m, from dividend and share repurchases
• In line with the company’s dividend policy, the board of directors proposes a dividend of SEK 1.00 (0.55) per share, corresponding to approximately one third of earnings per share and an increase of +81.8%.
