Our sustainability efforts during 2023
- Conducted a comprehensive mapping of our greenhouse gas emissions.
- Had our long-term goal to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 approved by the Science Based Targets initiative.
- Integrated energy labeling into listings on Hemnet to help our visitors make sustainable housing choices.
- Formed an internal group for diversity, inclusion, and community with the aim of strengthening Hemnet's commitment to these important areas.
- Launched a comprehensive leadership training program in which all leaders participated.
- Enhanced our community engagement through initiatives such as offering employees opportunities for volunteer work with Stockholm City Mission, organizing a fundraising campaign for Sweden for UNHCR, and using our platforms to raise awareness of the important issues these organizations address.
