Auditor

In connection with the Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2024, it was resolved to re-elect Ernst & Young AB as auditor, with Anna Svanberg as principal auditor, for the period until the next Annual General Meeting.

The auditors have the task of auditing the annual accounts, consolidated accounts and accounting, as well as the Board of Directors and CEO's administration. The auditors report their observations on several occasions during the year and are present in connection with the board meeting that deals with the financial statements. The auditors also keep in constant contact with the Audit Committee.

The principal auditor Anna Svanberg was elected at the Annual General Meeting year 2020.
